Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal for secure checkout. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm your payment. Once complete, you’ll return to Clothfix to finish your order.


Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: Why can’t I find my country in the shipping list?
A: Certain countries have been removed due to repeated delivery failures. Please reach out to our support team if you need clarification.

Q: Are there restricted destinations?
A: Yes. We cannot ship to Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and Myanmar.

Q: Do all orders include tracking?
A: Yes. Full tracking is available for U.S. orders. For international shipments (when available in the future), tracking may stop once the package leaves the U.S. carrier system.

Important Note: To prevent delays, please avoid using Kanji, special accents, or non-Latin characters in your shipping address.


Orders

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A:

  • Graphic T-Shirt  (Printed in the USA): Handling 1–2 business days, Transit 4–7 business days.

Q: Can I change my order (size, color, design)?
A: Order changes are only possible before production begins. Once production starts, we cannot modify your order. Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Contact us immediately with your order number. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can cancel it.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Q: What items are non-returnable?
A: Customized products, clearance/final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Q: How long does a return take to process?
A: Once we receive your returned package, processing takes up to 14 business days.


Refunds

Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank posting times may vary.

Q: Are shipping fees refundable?
A: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item).
