Production & Shipping Times (Detailed)
Graphic T-Shirt (Printed in the USA)
- Products: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts
- Production (Handling) Time: 1–2 business days
- Each product is made-to-order and printed in the USA by our fulfillment partners.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri) usually begin production the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, weekends, or holidays start the next business day.
- Transit Time: 4–7 business days
- Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and package size.
- Customers typically receive tracking updates within 24–48 hours after pickup.
- Why it’s faster: Domestic production means shorter shipping distances, reliable carriers, and fewer customs delays.
Key Notes for Customers
- Split Shipments: If you order both 2D and 3D items, they may ship separately. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
- Delivery Variations: Weather, holidays, and carrier demand can affect exact delivery times.
- Estimated Delivery:
- 2D Apparel: 5–9 days total (handling + transit)
- 3D Apparel: 13–17 days total (handling + transit)

Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri) start production the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin production the next business day.
Carriers & Tracking
- We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
- A tracking number is emailed once a label is created.
- Tracking typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately to speed up delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number at no extra cost.
Address Changes & Order Adjustments
- Contact us before your order ships if you need to update the shipping address or make changes.
- Once a label has been created or the package shipped, we cannot guarantee adjustments.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you.
- We can reship once a corrected address is provided; additional shipping fees may apply.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Weather events, carrier delays, or seasonal demand surges may impact delivery times. We will keep you informed if unusual delays occur.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
- Marked Delivered but Not Received:
- Verify the delivery address in the tracking info
- Check with neighbors or building office
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers pre-scan packages)
- Contact us if the package is still missing
